Kenneth Smolar, Esq.

PresidentKenneth Smolar is President of PCN. Ken previously served as PCN’s Executive Vice President. Since PCN’s inception in 2004, Ken has been responsible for sales and business development, generating new business and overseeing customer accounts. Ken is known throughout the national title industry as having expertise on UPL matters and has served as a panelist at multiple national title industry conferences and forums.

Previously, Ken practiced law in private and government capacities. He served as Counsel for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Ken additionally has worked in a business development and customer relations capacity with several businesses. Ken received a B.A. from Haverford College and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mary Andriko, Esq.

Senior Counsel & Director of Business DevelopmentMary Andriko is Senior Counsel and the Director of Business Development at PCN. She is responsible for responsible for compliance and risk management of operations as well as maintaining relationships with key partners and assisting new customers. Mary is versed in UPL requirements as they pertain to mortgage and lending law, as well as title claims, RESPA, and CFPB compliance. Mary previously managed title curative litigation and helped to establish PC Law Associates’ document preparation business as an industry leading compliant solution.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University and Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Georgia, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
